Truepic Vision is a digital inspection platform that provides a quick and convenient way to send verified, trustworthy images and videos directly to the requester.
You may have received a text message or email (or both) from one our customers to start a request and upload photos. If so, it is a simple process to get started and upload your photos for verification.
Once you receive your link from one of our partner companies, you can move forward with using our apps:
If your link starts with web.truepicvision.com, you will be using our web app, which works in a web browser on your smartphone or tablet running iOS or Android. You can explore our Web App content to better understand how to use it.
If your link starts with app.truepicvision.com, you will use our native app; check out our Getting Started Guides for Apple/iOS devices or for Android devices for next steps.
Our native app is a simple download from either the Apple App Store or Android Play Store. The Truepic Vision app does not automatically save images or photos directly to your device, and it cannot access existing photos on your device, either. Instead, photos and videos that you take with the app are sent directly to the company that made the request.
Once your inspection is confirmed as complete by the company who asked you to use it, you may uninstall the Truepic Vision native app from your device.
