Can I upload existing photos?

This is dependent on what the company who asked you to use the Truepic Vision app allows. If they allowed this when creating your case in our system, you may be able to upload existing photos (ones not taken in our Truepic Vision apps). Otherwise, no, to submit an inspection, you must take all photos and videos with the camera within the Truepic Vision app. Please tap the link you received, download the Truepic Vision app, and take the new necessary photos through the app.
