If your link begins with app.truepicvision.com or visionbytruepic.com, or if you have been asked to use the Truepic Vision app, this information does not apply.
The Truepic Vision Web App is supported on Android smartphones and tablets and requires the Chrome browser.
Verify Your Default Browser
If you are unsure which browser you are using, follow these steps:
Open the Settings app on your device and tap Apps.
At the top, tap Default Apps or Choose Default Apps.
Find Browser and verify it is set to Chrome. If not, tap it and select Chrome.
In Chrome, tap the three-dot menu icon in the menu bar.
Look for the Desktop site checkbox. If checked, uncheck it to enable mobile view. If already unchecked, Chrome is correctly using mobile view.
