Currently, the Truepic Vision web app is supported on Android smartphones and tablets. A Truepic Vision web app link must be opened using the Chrome browser.
Check Default Browser
If you are unsure of what browser you are using, please follow these instructions:
Go to the Settings app on your device, and click Apps.
At the top, click "Default Apps" or "Choose Default Apps"
Find "Browser" and see if it is set to Chrome. If it is not, click there and change it to Chrome.
Checking Desktop Mode
If you follow the instructions above and find you are using Chrome on your Android smartphone or tablet, but are either receiving a message regarding an unsupported browser/device, or that a mobile device is required, your device may be in desktop mode. Here's how to check that:
In Chrome, click the icon with three dots in the menu bar.
Look for the "Desktop site" checkbox. If it is checked, your Chrome is using the Desktop site, and you will need to uncheck that to use the mobile site. If it is already unchecked, your Chrome is correctly using the mobile site.
