iOS Device Requirements
iOS devices are made by Apple. These include iPhones and iPads.
The Truepic Vision native app runs on most iPhones or iPads running minimum iOS 16 and above (including iOS 26), though devices running operating systems in beta are not supported.
The Truepic Vision web app is compatible with Safari or Chrome on iOS devices. The default browser on iOS devices is Safari, but Google Chrome is available to download from the App Store.
Jailbroken or modified iOS devices are not compatible with the Truepic Vision native app or web app. Restore your device to factory settings or use a different compatible device.
No Apple computers are compatible with the Truepic Vision web app or native app.
Android Device Requirements
Android devices can be made by many different manufacturers (Google, Samsung, OnePlus, Huawei, etc).
The Truepic Vision native app runs on most Android phones or tablets running stock (original manufacturer) Android 10 and above; the Play Store normally runs hardware checks to verify the device is compatible.
Devices using a custom OS, like FireOS for Amazon Fire tablets or GrapheneOS on select Google Pixels, are not compatible with the Truepic Vision native app.
Jailbroken, rooted, or modified Android devices are not compatible with the Truepic Vision native app or web app. Restore your device to factory settings or use a different compatible device.
The Truepic Vision web app is compatible with the Chrome browser on Android devices.
No laptop or desktop computers are compatible with the Truepic Vision web app or native app.
