How do I Create an Account in the Truepic Vision Native App?

There is no account creation process for users who have been invited to use the Truepic Vision app. To use the Truepic Vision app, you must first receive a request via SMS or Email from a company using Truepic Vision. Once you receive the inspection request, tap the link to open and access the Truepic Vision app. You will be taken to either the native or web app, based on the link you received; web app links begin with web.truepicvision.com, and native app links begin with app.truepicvision.com.

Truepic does not create inspection requests. If you are expecting a request but have not received one, please get in touch with the company using our service directly.

You cannot sign up for the Truepic Vision app for personal use, even if you have downloaded the Truepic Vision app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You will be met with the following screen if you try to access the Truepic Vision app without a link invite:

Note: the Log In button in the Truepic Vision Native app, beside the Corporate App Account (shown above), is only for those who work for Truepic or their partner companies, and will not work if you do not fall into one of these categories.
