, or if you have been asked to use the Truepic Vision app, this information will not be applicable.
If you click on a photo or video question in the Vision Web App and receive the error "Camera/microphone permission denied", this is likely because certain camera permissions are not set for the browser on your device. Please note that the only browsers supported when using the Vision Web App are Safari and Chrome. Please choose which browser you are using below in order to receive instructions related to how to fix this issue.

Safari - iOS (iPhone/iPad)
1. The error will likely display like in the screenshot below.
2. Go to the Settings app on your iOS device, and select "Apps".
3. Go to "Safari".
4. Scroll to the bottom of this list, and find Camera.
5. Click on Camera and ensure it is set to either "Ask" or "Allow".
6. Go back one screen, and find Microphone. Microphone permissions must not be set to deny, or the Camera permissions will not work.
7. Click on Microphone and ensure it is set to either "Ask" or "Allow".
8. Go back to the Truepic web app in Safari, where you started; if you cannot find the Safari app, please click on the link you received asking you to use the web app again.
9. Check the Site Settings by going here:
10. Then click the ... button at the bottom right of the screen.
11. Scroll down to the site settings. Camera, Microphone, and Location must all be set to "Ask" or "Allow".
12. When complete, press Done, click on the webpage again, and refresh the webpage. Click the camera permissions or photo question again. A popup should appear, asking for permissions. Click Allow.
The camera error should now be successfully resolved, and you can move forward with using the Vision Web App.

Chrome - iOS (iPhone/iPad)
The error should display like in the screenshot below.
2. Go to the Settings app on your iOS device, and select "Apps".
3. Go to "Chrome".
4. Locate both Camera and Microphone and ensure they are both enabled (green). If either is not enabled, enable them; Microphone permissions are required for Camera permissions to work.
5. Go back to the Truepic web app in Chrome, where you started; if you cannot find the Chrome app, please click on the link you received asking you to use the web app again.
6. Refresh the page, and click on the Allow Access button under Camera/Microphone permissions again.
7. Chrome should prompt you to allow camera permissions. Tap Allow.
The camera error should now be successfully resolved, and you can move forward with using the Vision Web App.
